Derbris Compartment:

  • Diameter 78" x 11' seam to seam
  • Capacity 11 cubes ( 2420 Imp Gal )

Blower:

Blower Drive:

  • Transfer case drive with air shift engagement mounted in truck driveline
  • Driveline modifications as required

Hydraulic System:

  • 8 Bolt PTO
  • Tandem gear pump
  • Spool type valve control
  • Rear control bank for rear gate
  • 40 Gallon oil tank c/w vent,site glass filters, temperature gauge, and inspection hatch  
  • 12 volt oil cooler
  • 3 Stage d/a hoist cylinder

Primary Shut-Off:

  • Daul heavy duty internal shut-offs with 12" S.S. float ball/cage assembly and 8" Turbo boot and Dual 8" flanged outlets
  • Dual 8" isolation valves air actuated with switches at operator station

Plumbing:

  • 12" piping from prestage to cyclones c/w 8" oil and gas loop hose

Vacuum Breakers:

  • Four vacuum breakers installed on cyclone plumbing D/S

Isolation Valves:

  • One 6" air actuated valve between cyclone and prestage to isolate cyclones for dry mode

Silencers:

  • One 12" exhaust silencer, One intake silencer in Horizontal mount configuration

Filtration System:

  • Dual high efficiency cyclones mounted on drivers side of unit with 20" drop box assembly and swing out cleanout doors ,3" brass manual drain valves with camlock fittings
  • Prestage filter housing c/w 20" diameter washable inline S.S./fiber filter element,

Baghouse Assembly:

  • Dual cylindrical 1/4" steel construction witrh 1.2 cube capacity
  • Top door hinged access
  • Each baghouse c/w 30 Acrylic coated filter bags
  • Filters cleaned automatically with a timed air blaster assembly
  • 4" cleanouts Caped  at bottom of each  baghouse

Vibrator:

  • Global vibrator assembly mounted bottom of tank on reinforcement pad HD
  • Channel and pressure relief valve

Pressure Relief:

  • One 3" x 15 PSI relief vent

  • Full length subframe c/w 1/8: checker plate, hose tray/fender assembly,

Hydraulic Boom:

  • One 8" x 270 deg. Telescopic suction boom mounted top rear of debris tank

  • One Hard wired pendant control c/w cable and plug in

Gauges:

  • Gauge assembly with tank vacuum/pressure gauge, hydraulic pressure gauges.  Blower temperature gauge - remote mounted on D/S.

Trim:

  • 50' ground cable assembly wind up style

Electrical System:

  • Waterproof main circuit control box - self contained power supply.
  • Sealed wire harness c/w waterproof junction boxes.
  • L.E.D. lamps (Clearance, park, signal).
  • Sealed L.E.D. reverse lamps.
  • Four L.E.D.  work lights
  • Lights are dual revolution and all red lights turn white when in reverse
  • Electrical system shut-down at key.
  • Sealed rear skirt lamp modules.
  • Stop and turn L.E.D sealed lamp modules on top ring of door.
  • Back up alarm

Bumper:

  • Standard non code rear bumper

Painting:

  • The entire tank and body of vacuum system shall be sandblasted, primed
  • and painted with Endura paint. Color to meet company fleet color
